Atithi group is not a new name in the hospitality and real estate industry. It has been engaged in real estate for more than 20+ years all over Nepal and has hospitality/service experience for more than 15+ years owning multiple resorts and restaurants in Pokhara. As a service apartment have an element of both the hospitality & real estate sector in which the Atithi group have expertise. So they found it perfect to introduce the concept of a Service Apartment here in Nepal which has been followed by various tourist destination countries like Dubai, Thailand, the Maldives, the USA, etc.
